Cole Haan was owned by Nike during my time there. I worked primarily on the G Series line, which was a collection of shoes utilizing Nike innovation and iconography as a benefit to both the style and performance of footwear meant for the street. I was fortunate to travel to the Nike campus in Portland, Oregon to work directly with category leads and innovation specialists to learn more about what material and development research was being done and how it could be applied in fashion.
