The Austin is part of a group of translucent vulcanized styles with the Aiden, Amika, Angel, and Ava. The goal was to give some interesting dimension to the shoes through use of transparency over the top of prints and textured materials. In the Austin’s case, a colored translucent rubber was used to give the sole an almost smokey look.
