I was brought into Calares by the newly hired President to act as the Director of Product Creation for the Allen Edmonds brand, as well as working on some of their other lines as needed. For Allen Edmonds I was involved with all product footwear and non footwear, such as outerwear and accessories, and also the collaborations with other American designers ranging from denim, to watches, to shirt makers to tattoo artists. It was a complete brand refresh for the 100 year old Americancompany still being manufactured in Port Washington, Wisconsin. Not only was the product revised, but branding, retail stores, and strategy were all updated to bring this American heritage brand to a new generation of consumers.
